(collectively referred to as the “Applications”)The Applications are developed and provided by Manuel Reindl (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our” or “us”) as ad-supported and/or in-app purchase supported services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Applications. The Applications are provided “AS IS”.1. Information We Collect1.1 User-Provided InformationThe Applications do not require registration.
If you contact us by email (e.g. for support), we may process the personal data you voluntarily provide (e.g. name, email address, inquiry details).
We may use this information to respond to your request, provide support, or send important notices related to the Applications.1.2 Automatically Collected InformationWhen you use the Applications, certain data may be collected automatically, including:
Device information (model, operating system version, device identifiers).
IP address and approximate location (country/region).
Mobile browser type, app usage data, crash reports, performance logs.1.3 Location InformationThe Applications do not collect precise GPS location.
Approximate location (e.g. country or city-level) may be inferred from IP address or system services, for analytics and ad personalization (where applicable).2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)We process your information on the following legal bases:
Performance of contract: to provide the Applications and their features.
Consent: for personalized advertising via third-party providers (where enabled by you).
Legitimate interests: for analytics, service improvement, fraud prevention, and ensuring security and functionality.3. Third-Party ServicesThe Applications may use third-party services that collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Hangman – Letter Duel uses Google AdMob for advertising.

If you use Timelex or Distrack, no third-party advertising SDKs are integrated at this time.4. Data Sharing and DisclosureWe may share information only in the following cases:
Legal compliance: to comply with applicable law or government requests.
Protection of rights: when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Service providers: with trusted third-party providers (e.g. analytics, crash reporting) who process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
Aggregated data: we may share anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify individuals.5. Data RetentionUser-provided data (e.g. support emails) is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and comply with legal obligations.
Automatically collected information (e.g. analytics logs) is retained for up to 24 months and may then be stored only in aggregated form.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).6. Opt-Out RightsYou can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Applications.
For advertising, you can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking).
You may contact us (see Section 11) to request deletion of data.7. ChildrenThe Applications are rated 4+ on the App Store and are suitable for all ages.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 years (or lower age if permitted by local law, e.g. 14 in Germany).
If you are under 16, you may only use the Applications with parental or guardian consent.
If we discover that a child under the applicable age has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. Parents may contact us at [email protected].8. Your Rights (GDPR)As an EU/EEA resident, you have the following rights:
Right of access to your data.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: [02.10.2025]These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and Manuel Reindl, an individual developer ("we," "us," or "our"), regarding your use of our mobile applications and related services, including Hangman, Timelex, and Distrack (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy (https://sydertec.de/#pp). If you do not agree, please do not install, use, or otherwise access the Service.1. Eligibility and Use of the Service1.1 Minimum AgeBy using the Service, you affirm that you are the legal age of majority in your country of residence. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s use of the Service, including any purchases or subscriptions made.1.2 AccountsThe Service does not provide guest accounts or login-based accounts. All usage is directly through the app stores and platforms where the apps are distributed.1.3 Non-Commercial UseYou may use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.2. Purchases and Subscriptions2.1 In-App PurchasesThe Service may offer digital items for purchase, including consumables and non-consumables e.g., in Hangman – Letter Duel, as well as subscriptions (in Timelex and Distrack. Purchases are made in EUR and processed by Apple App Store under their terms and policies.2.2 Subscriptions
Where subscriptions are offered, they automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. No additional cancellation period applies beyond what is provided by Apple.2.3 Free TrialWe may offer a free trial period during which you can access all or certain features of the Service for a limited time (e.g., 7 days). Unless you cancel the trial through your Apple App Store account settings before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the standard price. Free trials are limited to one per user or Apple ID unless otherwise stated. You can manage or cancel your trial at any time through your App Store account.2.4 Refunds and WithdrawalBy purchasing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law once delivery begins. Refunds are only provided where required by law.2.5 No Monetary ValueVirtual items and subscriptions do not have any real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable.3. User ConductWhen using the Service, you agree that you will not:
* Use cheats, automation, bots, or other unauthorized tools;
* Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service;
* Harass, abuse, or harm others, including support staff;
* Post, upload, or distribute any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material;
* Use the Service for gambling, betting, or similar activities.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service in case of violations.4. Suspension and TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to comply with legal obligations. We do not delete user accounts automatically due to inactivity.5. Intellectual PropertyAll rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to software, graphics, designs, audio, and other content, remain the exclusive property of Manuel Reindl or licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment.6. UpdatesThe Service may be updated from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time without obligation to compensate users.7. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.If you have paid for content within the Service, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or damages caused by gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.9.
